New function getArticleGroupChanges() that returns all changed article groups since the previous syncMarker. It is also possible to filter on specific groupNumbers. The difference between this function and the already existing getArticleGroups is that the latter returns article groups in their hierarchical structure, while the new function returns the article groups in a "flat" list. Use the parentGroupNumber property to determine where the changed article group should go.
